What buyers say after closing.

“He found a hidden leak under the upstairs bath that the seller’s agent swore was ‘old.’ The report paid for itself in the repair credit alone.”

Dana R.

First-time buyer, West Asheville

“I send all my buyers here. Reports land the next morning, the photos are clear, and he explains things without scaring anyone off a good house.”

Marcus T.

Realtor, Hendersonville

“We got a pre-listing inspection before selling. Fixed three things up front and had no surprises during the buyer’s inspection.”

Priya & Sam L.

Sellers, Black Mountain

§ 06 — FAQ

Questions we hear every week.

Still unsure? Call or text (828) 555-0142 and you’ll talk to the inspector, not a call center.

Do I need to be there?

It helps, but it isn’t required. Most clients join for the last 45 minutes so we can walk the house together and answer questions on the spot.

How long does an inspection take?

Usually 2.5 to 4 hours, depending on the size, age and condition of the home and whether there’s a crawlspace.

When will I get the report?

Within 24 hours, usually by the next morning. You’ll get a link you can share with your agent and download as a PDF.

Can a house fail an inspection?

No. An inspection isn’t pass or fail. We document the condition of the home so you can negotiate, plan repairs or walk away with confidence.
